Our Global Positioning System utilizes a Vector reference system (VRS) network which allows our crews to get to the job site and start collecting their data. We have the ability to send data directly to our office via email and complete an improvement survey the same day.

Mejia & Rose, Incorporated was established in Brownsville, Texas on May 1, 1983.

Principals of the firm are president, Eduardo H. Mejia, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, University of Houston alumni, and James E. Rose, Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor, University of Illinois alumni. Both Mr. Mejia & Mr. Rose have been doing business in the Rio Grande Valley since 1972. Mr. Rose supervises engineering projects and Mr. Mejia supervises the surveying projects.
